Due to the highly anticipated nature of our releases and limited product availability, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for non-faulty items. Please ensure you review product details, sizing guides, and order information carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’re happy to offer a refund or replacement.
To be eligible: 

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will process your refund or send a replacement item.
